Match Making Error

Every now and then I will queue up for a match on Deadlock, and get this Error and it will kick me back into the lobby with the option to rejoin or to abandon. No matter how many times I try to rejoin the match it will continue to give me the matchmaking error until it times out or I give up resulting in me getting a penalty. I don't know what exactly is going on, I never abandon a match when I'm in, even of the other players Disconnect. So I get a little frustrated when I get a 30 minute penalty to 1 hour and so on, for doing nothing of what the game is saying I did. This has happened a few times and I am worried if this Matchmaking glitch continues, I might get completely banned from the game. Please let me know if there is a fix I need to do or if there is a patch or something. I just don't know what's going on. I do not have a way to show the match ID either as the match history does not show the matches at all.

I got this error with a friend today-- I closed and reopened the game and clicked "rejoin" and it noted that the match was cancelled and I didn't get a penalty. Notably it had said six people were connecting, but the final screen I got for the match had no bots picked, my own hero had not been selected by the system, and my partymate had not even shown up on the final screen (and no bots to replace them)

Unsure if this was related, but on the screen where I was told the match was cancelled it did have my camera (attached, again, to no hero) falling through the world before it sent me to the card screen.

Seems like it is the same issue, guess it is something you have to wait out so you don't get the penalty, maybe thats why some matches never find all 12 players as well, because I have been getting into matches where its waiting on players 11/12 or 10/12. From what im seeing this issue is a week old so far, no idea if the devs are working on it or looking into it at all.
