Sudden Disconnection While Playing

I had this recent match where I kept getting disconnected from the server, with no input from me, I don't have a bind to disconnect nor I went to the menu to disconnect. I recorded this issue to show proof of it happening, but in reviewing the record; suddenly an error occurs. It got to the point when exporting the video it also has playback issues. I have since then re-installed the game, am I a victim of an exploit? Or is it on my end and I'm going crazy? Video Evidence. Another caveat is that just when the match started, the enemy team paused, and shortly after the first disconnect happened to me. It also caused me to abandon the match after too much disconnection.

Also worth noting that I have been using mods for a long time, mainly sound, HUD, and skin mods, I never had this issue happen to my prior to this, all of my matches went smoothly. In the video, I had disabled everything if that would fix it, it didn't.

To give more detail about my system and network that I was using for that match:
GTX 1660
AMD Ryzen 7 5800HS
16GB RAM
Connected to a 5G Network (Playing on a laptop)

I have also been having a similar issue in my games. It happens very often in my standard games but also in street brawl most recently. I never had any issues with sudden disconnects or ping spikes until 2 weeks ago. Not sure what changed.
