Victor Bagley was a child prodigy raised among test tubes and nuclear reactors, and his father ran a nuclear power plant. During a visit to the facility at the age of 7, Victor brought along his beloved hamster, Nibbles, hidden in the pocket of his coat.
But curiosity got the better of him: while Victor was secretly exploring a restricted area of the experimental reactor, Nibbles escaped from his pocket. The tiny rodent fell into a container of unstable plasma, fusing his biology with fourth-generation experimental radioactive energy. He was presumed dead… until he reappeared 10 years later, transformed into a living creature of pure energy contained within a furry body.

Fires a burst of energy from his mechanical hand. If it hits an enemy, it causes an overload that briefly slows them down.

Throws a small device that pulls enemies toward a single point for a brief moment. Ideal for combos or area control.
3.
Victor deploys a radioactive energy shield in front of him for a few seconds. It blocks incoming projectiles and deals light damage to enemies who touch it in close range.
4.
You gain control of Nibbles and can run across the battlefield chasing enemies. Each contact causes a small energy explosion, and after 3 successful hits, Nibbles detonates in a massive final blast dealing heavy area damage. Duration: 15 seconds.

His basic attack is shooting from his hand, similar to Iron Man. If you press the secondary click, he switches to a laser firing mode like Bebop
