If Venator's Gutshot hits a target that has a wall close enough behind them to trigger the slam, the shot will apply stun before the target strikes the wall. The stun isn't displayed on the UI at all. This causes confusion in reactive play. In open ground you can use movement or protection instantly to negate the displacement but the early stun makes it unresponsive.
