If you drop the urn near the base throne it will disappear but stay on the player this sometimes dublicates the urn if you teleport on mirage when a new urn is there and will damage you infinitely sometimes until you ult if you go to the urn spot if counts you as having the urn and at the same time not the damage type is Golden_Idol.
