Upgrading Abilities is Bugged

As you can see in the first clip, I have ult unlocked, then I die, and when I come back my ult appears to be locked again. It stayed this way for a while, until I eventually noticed and put points into it, which made it appear unlocked again. I'm not sure if I could still use ult during this time, it being greyed out made me think I didnt have it

After playing some more I've discovered some things
- It's not exclusive to ult, this can happen with any ability
- While the ability looks locked, it can still be used
- Dying has nothing to do with it, this can happen in one continuous life

YES!! dealing with this for the last few rounds, and I'm a little confused about what I can upgrade

I've also had an issue I think is related where I will upgrade the ability, then un-upgrade it and the ability will visually stay upgraded (but won't actually be upgraded and otherwise function normally). It throws you off quite a lot when choosing your points, especially in street brawl.
