Unable to set maximum refresh rate in Full Screen mode.

Hi!
Just like in other Source 2 games (and only in Source 2 games), I am left unable to set my refresh rate to 75hz, at 1080 x 1920px, whilst also in DirectX mode - it caps out at 60hz.

My other options are to:

• switch to Windowed/Borderless Windowed mode (misc issues).
• switch to the Vulkan renderer (stuttering issues).
• use a lower resolution ( :/ ).

I am on Windows 10, Ryzen 5 2600, RX 570

All drivers are up-to-date, etc. etc.

I get the same, however it doesn't have any option for higher refresh rate at all.
