I have an idea for an ult that seems really funny to me. It is not balanced or fair at all, but I think that's the point. Its more funny than anything. The hero could be someone in LARGE debt to Wraith, or a maybe a TV Show host to a Wheel of Fortune type game.
Im sure there could be lots of ideas around an RNG type hero, and that comes with its own "MY TEAMMATE IS ACTIVELY THROWING" or "NOTHING ABOUT THIS HERO IS FAIR" type problems, but here me out. That's the gamble you take
Ultimate: Lets! Go! Gambling~~~!
Spin a spectral wheel and hope the odds are in your favor!
Tier 1: The house is bound to loose eventually! Adds more positives!~
Tier 2: Double down! Adds two more negatives, but all outcomes are upgraded!~~
Tier 3: LET IT RIDE! If it lands on a positive, re-activate the ability to roll again!~~~
