UI BUG voice icon missing

Hello, i usually play in NA with +150ms and i noticed that whenever your ping is higher than 120ms the voicechat icon below the character icon is missing which is really annoying since i want to know who is talking and it makes communication in the team really difficult. Im not the only one that has the same problem
