Trophy Collector is bugged

The range increase you get from each stack does nothing as far as I can tell from testing in starting area. That or the tooltip for your abilities don't update with each stack from the item

just an UI issue, it's basically for all conditional/temporary buffs, gameplay wise you still get the range and other stats
