Played a game where I had to leave the match for 5 minutes to take someone somewhere and was kicked for afk. Then I rejoined and we still won. I was then banned for -3 hours (and I assume forever more as I will never reach 12:17 PM).
My computer is set to DD/MM/YY and to 24 hour clock. View attachment 43133

It's probably not a bug but a time zone issue maybe where it's displaying PST but user is in Eastern.

Oh, I understand, I thought the complaint was simply "I got banned for leaving".

Reading hard sometimes.
