SKIPPER
Salty – Initiator – Yarrr!
HELP!!!! I would love your help creating abilities for him, as I'm not as creative as many people here. The one ability that's essential (and obvious) is that he can pull himself toward any physical object he hooks with his harpoon. However, I don't have any specific details fleshed out yet. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
His little friend's name is Scupper (I imagine a cool animation with him to hang on the rails)

The Story
Before the Maelstrom, Skipper was a high-seas hunter of things that shouldn't exist, armed with a prototype weapon/harpoon and leading a crew he considered his only family. When the Astral Gates opened, his ship was swallowed by a green tide of spirit-fire. He watched his men vanish into the abyss while he was fused with the ship’s glowing essence. He returned 50 years later, not as a man, but as a walking furnace of vengeance. He doesn't fight for the Patrons out of greed or a desire to serve. He fights because he carries the crushing guilt of a captain who couldn't save his crew. He believes that the ritual's wish is the only power in existence capable of reaching into the Astral Plane to pull his crew back from the tide. He is determined to bring his crew home, no matter what cosmic horrors stand in his way.
Cool Possible Interactions
Graves: "Easy, Captain. The spirits around you are howling loud enough to wake the whole cemetery. That lich hand of mine is practically vibrating just being near you."Skipper: "Then tell that withered limb of yours to send a message back to the depths, girl. Tell the lich and whatever else rots in his silent hall that I haven't forgotten a single face. My crew belongs to the Salt, not his soil. I'm coming to rip them from his grasp.
To (Erin) Pocket: "I was there when Fairfax company was founded" - Something ugly about the company and how he did jobs at sea for it.
To Vindicta: "In the shadowed days of Salem, fear and suspicion bound us all, is unfortunate that they got you" etc,.
To Viscous: "I'll take any job for the right coin, but I dare not hunt the adversary. I don't fear many things at sea, but that creature, I’ll steer clear of at all costs."
To Drifter: something about vampires and pirates?
