Commanding. Bombardment. Tentacles.
Lore: Unlike his brother, Davey jones, Harold never truly managed to become as legendary, but that didn’t stop him from getting a tight pirate crew. The Blue urchins were feared by the weak in mind, and looked up to by those with true fire in their hearts, but everything changed when they were attacked by the terrifying Kraken. Moments later, Harold woke up as a sunken ghost in the bottom of the ocean, looking at all his deceased crew mates. And there he would stay, accompanied only by Karen, the same kraken that sunk his ship. After years of solitude, and hearing the news of a certain Maelstorm happening, both Harold and Karen took way into the only place in which he would get his crew back: New York
Primary Weapon: “Lord of the seas”
Ten round, single shot weapon with high damage, high falloff, but low fire rate and projectile speed
Ability one: “Loose Cannon”
Conjure a ghost cannon that fires a cannonball at the designated location, dealing damage and knocking back enemies on impact. (120 damage, 5m explosion range, 26 second cooldown, scales with spirit.)
1AP: -8s cooldown
2AP: +70 damage and +5 meters range of explosion
5AP: +2 cannonballs fired in suscession
Ability two: “Walk the plank”
Command Karen to swing one of her tentacles in front of you, dealing damage and knocking back.
Pushing an enemy into a wall will stun them.
(70 damage, 15 meter range in a cone in front of Harold, 30 second cooldown, 0.6 seconds of stun, scales with melee.)
1AP: Now also applies -25% fire rate
2AP: +5 meters and +0.4 seconds of stun
5AP: +120% Knockback and -15s cooldown
Ability three: “Steel Anchor”
Drop down an anchor at a designated location, upon landing, enemies near will receive damage and get knocked up and towards where the anchor was placed, suffering a -35 movement speed penalty.
(80damage, 15 meter range, 40s cooldown, 4s debuff duration, scales with spirit.)
1AP: +8 meter pull range
2AP: +2s debuff duration
5AP: Now disables stamina usage and silences movement abilities
Ult: “Wrath of the Sea”
Select an area in which, after a short duration, Karen’s tentacles will arise and pull down all enemies caught in the zone, no matter how far up.
On the ground, they will be immobilized until the duration ends. (60dps, 25 meter range, 2 second windup, 6s duration,100 second cooldown, damage scale with spirit)
1AP: +2 second duration
2AP: +20dps and -20s cooldown
5AP: Enemies caught get -15 spirit and bullet resist
