The problem with cheaters and their bans

While playing the game, as well as watching my friends play, I am bothered by the fact that in every 10 games there is an obvious cheater (Big HS/Accuracy) and I'm asking myself one question. You have metrics that you use to collect their game data, give out MVP using the same metrics, I can't believe that 11 players are throwing a report in the game at a player with an HS of more than 40% and an accuracy of 70% doesn't turn him into a frog right away! You need to add tough game reaction scripts if the hs/accuracy metrics are high. He's playing heroes with a non-tapping gan and they're throwing 11 reports at him, so I think it's BETTER to just CANCEL the match. The players who caused the cancellation should be remembered by the system and in case of repeated cancellations of matches where the player becomes his main culprit, ban him.

Well yeah, at some point you need to realize that Valve devs do not give a single shit about you and allow people to cheat. Simple as that.

I could MAYBE understand not banning soft cheaters because they aren't 100% sure but people with 40-50% headshot every single match is just a huge fuck you to the playerbase to not ban them.

Also reddit and other social medias are already filled with terminally online people gaslighting any mention of cheating. This game is cooked.

Isn't it like, an old-guard VAC tech to log a list of cheaters, monitor them for connections and to learn what their tools are, and then ban them in a wave a couple months later? I wouldn't be surprised if lots of the folks you see are already infected with the frogification disease without even knowing.

You need to understand that Valve doesn't really care about cheaters. Literally every Valve game is the same. Filled with cheaters. They don't moderate any game they've made in the last 20+ years so don't expect any different except their very crappy automated systems that don't catch super obvious cheaters.
