Concept: A Hero that paints on the battlefield.
Name-
The Painter
Gun-
Brush, a paint brush that fires large, heavy clots of bristles. If the Painter's Passive is leveled, the projectiles leave behind a splatter of paint wherever they land.
Ability 1-
Stroke: swing your brush in a wide arc in front of you, doing damage and knocking enemies back. This is a charge ability. If your passive is leveled, Stoke will also throw a semi-circle of paint in front of you.
Ability 2-
Roller: pull out a giant roller for a short time and gain bonus movement speed. You damage and knock up any enemies you collide with. If your passive is leveled, you leave behind a trail of paint behind the roller. Width items increase the size of the roller.
Ability 3-
World of Color: your passive. All your gun attacks and abilities will leave behind paint on the ground. There are two colors of paint, which you can toggle between by pressing this ability. First is PRUSSIAN BLUE, which eats a percentage of the max ammo of any enemy standing in it. In addition, enemies who have recently stood on PRUSSIAN BLUE have their spirit resist reduced and are slowed. The other color is CADMIUM YELLOW, which buffs allies, giving them movement speed and increased jump height for a time.
Ultimate-
World Pallette: the painter lifts up and levitates in the air, leaving his brush behind and becoming untargetable. Staring directly downward, he sees the world from a birds eye perspective. Using your mouse you can control the brush from this perspective and paint across the battlefield. Enemies hit by the brush stroke are damaged and then become briefly immune to the brush. The brush has a slight delay before it follows the mouse's command. When ulting, the painter can move with the movement buttons, but cannot change his top-down perspective.
