Wicky was a lighthouse keeper and he was driven mad by the spirits when the spirit event happened.
He has a thick Scottish accent and he love yelling and mumbling on his own.
He has a spirit pipe which he puffs on.
He carries a big revolver that's like abrams gun in the way the reload can be canelled after every bullet.

the lightkeeper sees hallucinations sometimes, they are sometimes enemy players, sometimes candles, sometimes the friendly walker or tower will look like it's attacking the light keeper.
upgrading the ability makes the hallucinations become less frequent and eventually go away completely
[delusion]
the lightkeeper loses grasp of his self,
he gets delusions and sometimes he doesn't know when something happend, if it was him or someone else.
Casting this ability on another character will copy their last used non-ultimate ability.

lvl 1 - copy lvl 1 ability from enemy
lvl 2 - cooldown bonus
lvl 3 - allow copy from teammates
lvl 4 - copy at whatever level the ability was used (if someone has LVL 4 ice path, it will now copy LVL 4 ice path)
[the fog]
as he puffs his spirit pipe, he creates area of spirit fog,
fog adds spirit to friendlies, and deducts spirit from enemy (spirit based modifier, such as 25% mod from 100 spirit on light keeper)
anyone in the fog is hidden from the minimap
(?? block targeted abilties and items like veil at max upgrade ??)
[the light beacon]
he kept the light, he will now use it.
the lightkeeper removes his spirit pipe from his mouth,
he shouts in scottish and holds the pipe above his head
It's a lighthouse beacon light comes out of it that spins around.
The light spins in 2 BEAMS. The beams peentrate everything.
Any player inside the beam is revealed.
The lightkeeper can activate the light beam blast which stuns all players inside the beacon light.
The stun will shine a light at the player, stun them and make them look away from the light (in the vein that lighthouses are supposed to make ships go away and not hit the lighthouse)
then the stunned players can not move towards the lightkeeper while the ability is active
