Probably not the first submission of Demoman-like hero to deadlock, but here is my version.
Lore [WIP]: Dynamo's colleague, Cree Powder left the univercity to work for Fairfax. After a series of illegal activities conducted by Fairfax' mercenaries, feds picked up a trail of Powder. Now he lives like an outlaw, drinking, and wishes his life back. [He is also Scottish]
Important: Has alt-fire - throws a bomb that explodes after colliding with the enemy or after 3 bounces or after 4 seconds. (Yamato's alt fire but with bounces). Consumes 4 ammo.
Tried to make him well rounded hero that can build gun (his skills have good utility), spirit nuke, or even support (sort of. Get rescue beam, charge away with your ally).
