Good morning. The game is giving me problems. It sometimes freezes during matches. Most of the time, if I disconnect and reconnect, the problem is solved. In some cases, however, the match crashes. If I log out and back in, I get a black screen. I hear the match sounds, I feel like I can move and shoot, but I can't see anything. This persists even after restarting the game several times. If I leave the match and start another one, I can play without any problems. The problem is with the game, and I've already been banned three times for this bug, this time for days.
