The Fire Rate Debuff Not Working Correctly and stuck at 50%!

So i bought the Juggernaut and Suppressor but when i check the actual data i noticed that fire rate must 40+30= 70% means
negative 70% (-70%) but thats not the case and it's stuck at -50%, idk why it's getting capped at -50% it must reduce it to -70%!

so please solve this issue asap!

bruh, it just capped at minimum -50% and -100% overall

and its not 40%+30%=70% its (1-(1-0.3)*(1-0.4))*100%=58%
