Temp Bans being caused by slow PC

Hello! I played a game today (match ID 47786083) and afterwards was queuebanned. My client took slightly longer than usual to load in so Im assuming what has happened is the game registered it as me DCing and has queuebanned me. Its only for 15 mins so idc about having ban lifted or aanything, just wanted to make you aware the system is causing bans for slower devices that take a few minutes to load into matches.

yeah first one is 15 then next thing you know you are banned for 6 hours bc theyre abandonment detection is dogwater especially considering theyre valve they have tons more data then any other game out there.

same thing happened to me I love the game and was playing it for the first few times. its still not dialed in so I have to leave because its way to choppy to be fun. but when it is work omg I love it. is there anyway of lifting the ban? I don't have much time to play tomorrow but was hoping to play more tonight now that my laptop cooled off. thanks and have a great evening.
