Pressing "TAB" (HUD detail view) in game and clicking on the hero icon where the Incoming/Outgoing damage is displayed when there is Total Damage: 0 (I think only when there is no damage displayed) gets you stuck.

Player gets stuck in place. In this state you can't: Move, Punch, Crouch, Jump, Open shop, Use abilites, actually the whole KEYBOARD doesn't work except "ESC" which gets you unstuck. Also what gets you unstuck is: Zooming with weapon, Shooting, Pinging, Opening Chat Wheel, so basically all the MOUSE buttons. (Moving camera around doesn't work)
