Debuff reducer is hard to buy because it only builds into T4s, if you don't need unstop or spellbreaker you just wont buy debuff reducer cuz it eats a slot. Instead of giving a bunch of random items debuff resist (scourge, weighted shots) why not let Debuff reducer build into a T3.
My idea is a CC resist item called Sure footed (or smth like that idk). It would give sizable Resist to stuns. Afterburn and other on-hits would not be resisted.
Or
It could be an active. It would make you unstoppable, but only when grounded and it would lock stamina like fury trance.
Tho i see that being a problem for haze and dynamo ult so maybe just an obscene amount of cc resist while active would work too.
