T3 Sticky bomb speed bonus does not stack correctly (+5+3)

I checked replay (which was yesterday) that it grants +10m/s (+5+5) on echo-bombing.

But it now only grants 8m/s (+5+3)

I know you have patched 'Move Speed bonuses now stack diminishingly' so secondary speed bonus should be reduced.

But isn't it a bug that secondary bonus only grants 3m/s?

It is -40% compared to before.
