Sudden frame drop for 1-2 seconds or stutter happens randomly when I use abilities and it is most noticeable at the start of the match but it can occur throughout the game I know my specs are not the best but this issue should not be happening especially when using Stretch at 40% (lowest) since my brother runs the game smoothly on a 750 Ti with low settings
Even with Stretch set to 40% in the video settings the stutters remain so Stretch does not seem to make any difference
