Stutters and FPS drops when pressing Tab w/ new UI

see attached video. game will stutter for ~1 second when pressing tab to look and people's items and such. as someone who presses tab a lot during the game, this is incredibly disruptive. no specific match ID, this just happens all the time now.

Can confirm the exact same thing happens to me, although the frametime spike/stutter is less pronounced probably because I have a 9800X3D.

Confirm, same 7800x3D, it does have stutter on tab but not on alt by my side

Can confirm, game freezes for up to ~3 seconds when either pressing tab or opening the shop. This does not happen in Street Brawl and only happens in the main gamemode.

As you can see, no frametime spikes/stutters when moving around, shooting etc, but as soon as I press TAB, I get frametimes spikes/micro stutters. Only happens with TAB, not with ALT. Don't mind the comically large MSI Afterburner UI, I just made it big for the video.

Same here, but this happens to me only if I stream / present screen to my friends on Discord. Has anyone figured why this keeps happening? Should we disable any CPU/RAM settings?
