During round 2 of a Street Brawl, the outline of the item selection wheel flashed up a couple times while dead and spectating teammates.
When the round ended and round 3 items were being selected, no items came up and the character model was frozen, unsticking didn't do anything. The round started as normal but no items were selected and then randomly popped up later in the game, but kept flashing away
