Stamina Spike: Down-Dash Utility Item

Downwards dashes are mostly useless outside of very specific scenarios, so I made this concept to try and give them a unique purpose.

While Kinetic Dash focuses on the user's mobility and offense, Stamina Spike focuses on nerfing the opponent's mobility and defence by reducing stamina and bullet resistance in the shockwave.

The idea is for the item to have some synergy with frontline characters, hence the focus on weapon damage over spirit damage. Stamina Spike could be a Weapon item instead of a Vitality item, if the change is necessary.

Originally I made the shockwave apply 25% Movement Slow, but I figured that Cold Front already did that better then Stamina Spike, so I changed it from movement slow to Bullet Resist Reduction.

I added the minimum fall limit of 5ms so the shockwave couldn't be easily abused on flat ground without the user wall jumping or double jumping.

It'd be cool to see more item concepts for down dashes, since I feel like they currently don't do much of anything.
 
Really cool idea. I like the "stomp" component, kind of like Holiday 2's effect on an item. I'd also make it give you higher velocity when you use down dash, so you can use the stomp reliably.
 
I think I would increase the duration of the bullet resist to 5s.

Withering Whip lasts 5s and has a longer CD and I feel like 3s is too short to really capitalize much, especially given the necessary setup.

That said, I like the item. It rewards thinking ahead and using less used in game mechanics and encourages players to improve their system mastery.

The only thing I might say otherwise is that it would be nice if it increased your Jump velocity slightly instead of extra stamina. That would give a unique effect of it's own that might be worth buying for some heroes (such as Lash) even without using the Downward dash effect. Add in that the Stomp effect is handy for Farming camps and I think this would be a very nice Item that would add to the item pool
 
Love the idea. Some feedback:

Stats are OP for the price point and the passive is too short to really make it useful and is difficult to use. There is also a ton of T2 green items already, and a lack of T3 greens.

Suggestion: Stamina Spike - Builds off of Bullet Resist shredder - 4250 soul price point. Same stats +15% melee resist from BSR. Change passive to 15% bullet resist shred from any spirit damage, 8s duration (similar to BSR). Conditional trigger - Downward dash, or any downward momentum abilities (ex Majestic Leap, Phantom Strike) (Lash is not allowed to buy this item)
