Stamina Spike: Down-Dash slowing item (T2 Vitality)

This is an updated version of a concept made before the item update. I thought it would be better to create a new thread for this concept instead of returning to the old one since there's quite a few differences.

Stamina Spike revolves around the down-dash mechanic, which is often forgotten about due to being extremely situational. Since the item rework update made Arcane Surge and Kinetic Dash build out of Extra Stamina, I thought Stamina Spike could work as a third T2 option to build into. While Kinetic Dash focuses on Weapon damage and Arcane Dash focuses on Spirit damage, Stamina Spike focuses more on slowing utlility.

This item on paper pairs well with characters who have the tools to get close to enemies and/or want to stay close to enemies, such as Lash, Abrams, Warden, Calico or Shiv. It certainly pairs well with Cold Front or Mystic Slow to maximise movement slow.

To avoid the item being spammed too easily, Stamina Spike does have a short cooldown. It also has it's effectiveness halved if the user lands before falling for more then 5ms, so to get the most out of the item you have to, at minimum, use a wall-jump or double jump. The increased down-dash velocity was added to make it easier to land on people while extremely high in the air.

No other item currently reduces enemy stamina, it could be risky to include an item that does, however Stamina Spike itself costs stamina to activate and requires a height limit for stamina reduction to apply.

-Expanding shockwave most 1.5x faster then Cold Front, but has a slightly smaller radius.
-Down-dash velocity is 1.5x faster then the base velocity.
-Damage scales with spirit at 1.7x
-This item has no relation to Stamina Mastery
-The original concept applied bullet resist reduction instead of movement slow. I changed it since I believed movement slow over BRR would be more useful on a wider range of characters and keep the item distinct from Kinetic Dash.

Having movement also work as an attack would be cool. However should it scale with boons, so its not biased towards spirit heroes?

You could also have item to make dashing through an enemy deal damage, maybe have dash jump create a forwards moving shockwave?

I would definetly buy this, I already use downwards dashes a lot.

I like the idea of scaling with boons, however I think it would have a much lower damage cap.
The spirit scaling proposed for this is very high, and random items you by along side this will give you extra spirit
