Stamina bar no longer indicates dash-jump timing

Previously, the stamina bar would briefly flash blue to indicate the timing for dash-jumps. It no longer does this. I'm not sure when this was changed but I suspect it happened in the latest patch. It wasn't mentioned in the changelog so I'm assuming it's a bug rather than an intentional change?

Can confirm that this is true; just tested it for myself.

Worth noting that the bar DOES flash blue if you attempt to dash-jump with insufficient stamina. I don't know if this was always the case.

Verified this is working for all characters in build 5,023 in sandbox.
