Sprint/Out of Combat Regen and Mystic Regen + Shiv's Bloodletting Interaction

This is likely due to the rules of what is labeled as being in or out of combat, but here are a list of weird interactions with this mechanic:
- If you are a player who is not Shiv, that has dealt damage to Shiv, Bloodletting is considered an application of damage from you, so the entire time you are considered in combat and cannot sprint or gain additional out of combat regen. However, for some reason this is inconsistent and does not always do this.
- If you buy Mystic Regen, Bloodletting seems to be considered spirit damage, which consistently applies Mystic Regen over and over until Shiv's Bloodletting finishes applying. This is appliable via both gun and spirit damage. However, for some reason this is inconsistent and does not always do this.

Easy fix for this would be that DOT damage does not consider you in combat, or dealing damage doesn't consider you in combat, only taking damage. Otherwise you'll just have to fix these weird interactions directly instead.

bump, still in the game. and attaching some testing with the second bug (first two naked shivs all t0 skills, last one is with t1 bloodletting for more deferred%)
It appears to have something to do with the amount of deferred damage. dealing around 200 damage decently fast triggers it, if you dont deal enough damage or spread it out too much, it doesnt trigger, so it seems to have something to do with the amount of damage bloodletting does per a period of time/ticks (something like 3 damage per second ( 180(damage) x 0.2(deferred%) / 12(seconds) ) would be my best guess). With t1 bloodletting it requires less damage and lasts longer, since its easier to hit that damage per second mark, same with max rage.

Having that hunch i also tried giving shiv more health regen, but that doesnt seem to make any difference (not in the vid, just trust me on this)

not knowing at which intervals bloodletting does damage (per X ---seconds / server or client ticks etc.) i cant say for sure, but it really seems like when bloodletting does less damage per that interval, the game doesnt consider it dealing damage and doesnt proc mystic regen or get you in combat.
