Mina Love Bites Mystic Regen/Radiant Regeneration Inconsistency

After purchasing Mystic Regen, Love Bites spirit damage per bullet does not proc Mystic Regen's healing, but triggering the bonus damage does. This fits with how all other spirit items appear to interact with Love Bites.

However, if you purchase Radiant Regeneration, Love Bites spirit damage per bullet does proc Radiant Regeneration's healing with just a single bullet.

Seeing as this is already reported I'll just post here. The behaviour is very similar to Pocket's Affliction, which explicitly states that the ability does not proc item effects. Same as with that, Mina's Love Bites passive bonus damage does not activate items like Mystic Slow and Mystic Vulnerability.

If the behaviour is intended, which it seems to be, it should be added to the ability description. Similar to how it's included for Pocket.

However, Pocket's ult also procs Radiant Regeneration. Radiant Regeneration should be fixed so that it works the same way as its component and the other items that "proc" from Spirit Damage dealt.
