Everything Prevents an Out of Combat Check

From what I've found so far, if you enter combat (attack an enemy or take damage from one) and quickly perform any of the following actions:

-Touch the ground from the air (whether by jumping or falling off a ledge)
-Crouch or slide
-Take damage from an enemy (including neutrals) as the Out of Combat check happens
-Take damage from an enemy (including neutrals) and regen from Abram's passive, Infernal Resilience (surprisingly only works after hitting an enemy or by being hit twice, if Abrams only gets hit once then he enters Out of Combat normally)
-Exit a shop area
-Exit a status effect or have one applied to you expire (ex. Heroic Aura's passive and active, Walker resist area, Dynamo heal, Talon snare, Wraith ult)
-Have an item/ability channel end
-Gain Lifesteal (regardless of the source being an item or ability) (excluding "On Hit" abilities/items)

Then the game will not register the player as Out of Combat after a few seconds of waiting. I've recorded these (with Monster Rounds to check for the OoC regen).

Fortunately, doing any of the listed actions while in this state (except for the last one and taking damage from neutrals) seems to trigger the check and puts the player back into Out of Combat if they should be. Additionally, remaining in any status effect (including the shop) or channel when the check happens will trigger it once the effect ends (whether by leaving or the effect expiring on its own).
