Spirit rend wasn't buffed as it was stated in the 7-29 patch according to Spirit Shredder Bullets's buff

- Spirit Rend: Spirit Resist Reduction increased from -7% to -8%
^ this change is not in the game

as in the part of the debuff inherited from having Spirit Shredder Bullets as a component:
- Spirit Shredder Bullets: Spirit Resist Reduction increased from -7% to -8%
Spirit shredder bullets works correctly with this, but spirit rend wasn't changed according to the patch notes.
The tooltip on spirit rend shows the change correctly, but the actual values arent correct, here's the testing:

by either doing the math, for example for 3 stacks, since the debuffs on spirit rend are considered different sources, we have: (0.79 × 0.93) - 1 = 0.7347 - 1 = -0.2653 , displayed as -0.27 in game due to rounding
or to avoid doing math and working with rounded numbers you can look at the footage:
I keep shooting to apply spirit shredder bullets' debuff just before spirit rend goes off cooldown, so when spirit rend's shred ends soul shredder bullets' shred still stays, you can see soul shredder bullets' part is 7% shred, not 8% as it is on just soul shredder bullets after the buff.

They accidentally changed the headshot shred instead of the regular base shred.
This can also be seen on the wiki: https://deadlock.wiki/Spirit_Rend
(The wiki automatically invokes data from the files)

Basically base shred is -7 when it should be -8 and headshot shred is vice versa.

Some example maths: max stacks you get -33% reduction which is 0.93 (Base) x 0.92^4 (4 stacks of headshot) = 0.666245... etc, displayed as -33%

(for clarity yes this seem like a bug/oversight, I'm just providing more context)

Are you sure each stack is counted as separate source? i.e. they are multiplicative with each other? Because if you look at my testing ignoring the math you can see the debuff from Soul Shredder Bullets' part is displayed as -7%, after the headshot shred runs out
There's no way the displayed value is messed up for a single debuff there, right?
And also if we consider that headshot stacks are additive to each other, we also come to the values displayed in game correctly, so for max stacks you have (base -7%) * (4 stacks of headshots, each -7%, or -28% total) = (1-0.07) * (1-0.28) -1 = 0.93 * 0.72 - 1 = 0.6696 - 1 = 0.33 rounded as well

and so on for other stacks, for 2 we get: 0.93*0.86=0.7998, displayed as -20% in game
and for 1 it would be displayed as -14% for both variants yes, hard to tell when its rounded
but either way look at the video i attached, the lingering debuff from just the on hit part, instead of headshot, is -7%
while for just soul shredder bullets that on hit effect is displayed correctly

It's either the "Techarmor reduction" parameter from the files doesn't actually do anything, and so the values are 0.72 (4 stacks) * 0.93 (base from soul shredder) = -33% shred, or each stack is multiplicative and the result is the math I did originally.

Either way something is bugged and the wrong value was edited.
