Spirit Item that Reduces Duration of Abilities

Essentially a T1->T3 set of items that reduces your abilities durations, Why? Mainly i think Doorman, Having it so that baroness' timer goes faster is great and makes it so he can do some interesting plays, and i think the draw back of also having all your other abilities and items be affected is great too, something like

T1: Imbue Reduction
+5% Weapon Damage
+8% Spirit Power


-10% Ability Duration

T3: Mass Reduction

+21% Weapon Damage
+18% Spirit Power
+100 Health
+10% Cooldown Reduction


-25% Ability Duration
-25% Item Duration

IDK i think the Idea would be interesting and im sure it would Benefit other characters too, Like Victor or Venator or Rem, IDK

Channel duration is usually a fixed value; I only remember that Yamato can increase speed by 60%.
