I hate the fact that Spirit Burn gets set on cooldown because I used Cultist on some T3 camp. Imo Spirit Burn should not get triggered by Cultist, but I do however want it to get triggered by my Torment Pulse or any other spirit dmg from other items. But not necessary on camps.... Especially when that item is a weapon item that does no spirit dmg. I think this needs a tweaking.

its cause it does spirit damage
yeah but it doesnt make sense that it should do spirit damage when sacrificing the creep, it should just be pure damage
