T4 spirit item: Chain Lightning

I like the idea of a chain lightning items in general and really like tesla bullets. So i think having an item that is spirit that does the same would be cool. spirit damage procs the item which chains lightning to two other enemies nearby with like 15% of the original damage. something fun about it that it could proc itself and chain by itself but that might be too much

I think it'd be cool if there was a sidegrade to Mystic Reverb, where any instance of spirit damage by an ability or item would replicate that same ability/item to nearby heroes with a delay (It would probably be OP but you can make it so it doesn't replicate debuffs)

I feel like this idea isn't thought through very well. Hitting multiple targets in the same area would cause the item to just deal more damage with no downsides or interesting secondary effects. Lash players(myself included) would cream themselves over this sort of item. I can't imagine a single spirit based character that WOULDN'T want something like this.

Tesla Bullets/Capacitor are interesting because they incentivize/reward specific ways of playing: high fire rate with consistent uptime for a reward of spirit damage that chains in an area similar to ricochet(but not identical). This item concept doesn't really do any of that and tends to only reinforce any spirit based playstyle with more damage. Mystic Reverb & Spirit Burn are both basically this item but more interesting already(dispellable, incentivizes high burst damage, heal cut/lifesteal).

If you want to make a lightning-based spirit item, try targetting a subset of spirit heroes and trying to carve out a niche there. Consistent vs Burst, Gun Based vs Ability Based, etc. Could easily see something like Suppressor getting a lightning-based upgrade. Food for thought.
