Spirit Burn not triggering on Yamatos powerslash despite doing more than 400 damage MATCH ID 35705180

Not sure if it's a visual or actual bug, but doing more than 400 damage to other players, and sometimes creeps does not trigger spirit burn (it's not on cooldown), I'm seeing some other people saying that tankbuster damage does not contribute to spirit burn buildup, so it's possible it's that, as I had tankbuster, and not a lot of other spirit items, Match ID 35705180 for further reference
