Lady Geist ult does not proc spirit damage items

Even though it does spirit damage, it doesn't proc items like Healbane, Suppressor, etc. I'm assuming the reason is that the way the damage is dealt is different than any other ability since it's swapping health instead of doing normal damage. That may mean this is intentional, although having a purple number pop up is confusing because it sure looks like spirit damage was applied.

Notably, Mystic Reverb DOES proc on Lady Geist ult. However, the description of the item doesn't mention it proccing on dealing spirit damage but rather damage with an ability. Despite this, abilities that deal weapon/melee damage do not proc Mystic Reverb. So Soul Exchange seems to deal pseudo-spirit damage.

I will also mention again that Knockdown and Mystic Reverb have a purple damage number pop up as well but do not proc spirit damage items. I think if any of these are intentional it is bad design to give them the appearance of dealing spirit damage if they can't proc these items. I'll note that both Knockdown and Mystic Reverb have their damage reduced by spirit resist, so it's not like they're not doing spirit damage. Geist ult is not affected by spirit resist so there's the difference of it "swapping health" rather than dealing normal damage.

So, I was testing stuff and noticed the same thing. Her ult doesnt work with any of the hidden items and I was worried you could make a one shot ult build with them.

So my assumption is that her ult is coded in the exact same way as Mirages beatles and Siphon Bullets. It acts like spirit damage but since its stealing HP it doesnt count. Mirages beatles also activates reverb (which is pointless lol).

Another thing they use though, which i find odd, is spirit lifesteal. But that would be useless for geist ult.
