Not sure if this is a bug or intentional so I'll leave this here and in the Mirage Thread as well.
So since day one Fire Scarabs have Reset the health stealing duration applied to a target. I have always assumed this was on purpose however after looking at the ability description again I am now unsure because the wording is "extend health stealing" which I generally interpret as add another 4 seconds to the duration of the debuff not reset the debuff, timer and all. To better show what I am talking about here are some examples.
Current iteration of Fire Scarabs (Reset)
One Fire Scarab = 4 seconds Health stealing.
Two Fire Scarab = 4 Seconds Health Stealing
Two Fire Scarab applied one tik apart = 5 Seconds Health Stealing
3 Fire Scarab applied one tick apart = 5 Seconds Health stealing.
"Extend Duration" (What appears to be implied)
One Fire Scarab = 4 Seconds Health Stealing
Two Fire Scarab = 8 Seconds Health Stealing
Two Fire Scarab applied one tik apart = 7 Seconds Health Stealing
3 Fire Scarab applied one tick apart = 11 Seconds Health Stealing
Overall I just requesting a clarification on how the ability is supposed to work so testing is easier and appropriate comments can be made about the ability. For example the fact you can throw all 4 scarabs on a target with in the space of 1 tick and only get 4 seconds of health stealing feels really bad, while attempting to spread the Scarabs feels even worse because of limited time to use them. With that said I don't know if this is intentional or a minor over sight.
Oh yeah and all of this is on top of fact the damage of the Scarabs damage is no longer considered Spirit damage, so it does not combine with Spirit damage.
P.S Vexing Bolt on Sinclair is still broken.
