Spellslinger "In Combat" not triggered by Bebop Hook

Bug:
The Spellslinger change that just dropped does not consider landing a Bebop Hook on an enemy hero to be the start of Combat.
This results in 1/2 or 1/3rd of the Spellslinger stacks from a full Hook/Bomb/Uppercut/Actives combo, compared to the previous patch.

Suggestion:
Either give Bebop Hook a small amount of damage again, or give it a Combat trigger when it hits an enemy.
