Spectating is not working

This is a different issue than getting kicked out and seeing an infinite loading screen.
I can't get into the spectating. This doesn't occurs in specific match but every match.

Same here.

If you open the console, it will probably say this....

[HLTV Broadcast] 62.12. Requesting sync
[HLTV Broadcast] 63.17. stream http://dist1-ord1.steamcontent.com/tv/44439263/sync (3) failed. Error 0
[HLTV Broadcast] Retrying sync

I have been having this problem for about 6 months.
