Stuttering movement

Recently I've been trying out Shiv, but most of the time I load in a match with this character I get stuttering movement and gameplay.

This issue makes me unable to steal and secure orbs quickly and also destroy my movement, making me constantly get stuck when instant air dashing, dash jumping and dash cancel -> jump.

Most of my matches I play celeste and holiday, this issue is never present, tho I doubt this is a hero specific issue.

The video attached showcase my dash getting yonked 2 times in a row for no reason, no this is not a 1 time occurrence it happened multiple times mid match.

If any dev is checking this thread, I doubt this helps, but still:

I was in a group with another person;
I am using "r_aspectratio" "3";
Mods being used are topbar+.

If this only happened in a few matches or one particular day it could be a networking issue where a rollback happens and your inputs get eaten.

Deadlock uses subtick like CS2 does and has some prediction system for the client side to make educated guesses on what happens to the game state before the server side can respond with what actually happens. So high ping or packet loss will make the response time from the server to the client longer and cause desyncs and rollbacks to be more frequent.

If that doesn't really explain things, my next guess is something to do with using a new config or changing settings that alter network interpolation. I messed around with those settings personally and reverting my changes fixed an issue I had similar to this.

I've done a bit of research and this happens only with shiv and my connection is always stable when these things happen
