Soul Destroyer - T4 Spirit Item

T4 Spirit Item made specifically for a purpose of nuking a single Hero.

This is basically Focus Lens but less useful. We already have a huge amount of options for building spirit burst damage in the game, and this doesn't particularly change how people would play the game in an interesting way.

The goal was, at the beginning, to have an item that applied a debuff(after dealing certain amount of spirit damage) that makes the affected target take extra damage from all sources for a duration. But now when I'm looking at it.. yeah, things kinda fell off after that.

Towards the end, I didn't know what else to do with this item, so I added in healing reduction and weapon accuracy reduction into the debuff, to go along with the damage amp.
