Some Lash changes to even out his counterplay in low v.s. high elo

At phantom+ it feels like Lash is very easily countered and as a spirit Lash player I don't really see what else I can do to counter Eshift/Counterspelling ground slam which is like 90% of my damage. Here are some changes I've come up with attempting a couple of things:
  • Make Ground Slam have a little more flexibility without making it a monster in lower ranks
  • Give him options to build gun and melee
  • Make his ult less of a death sentence but easier to land on targets overall

Ground Slam:
  • Can now be cancelled with Grapple or Dash (the ability still goes on full cooldown).
  • Base damage and base spirit scaling removed
  • Now deals x1.3 light melee damage (this is a net -15 base damage nerf).
  • Damage per meter increased from 5.5 to 6
  • Damage per meter spirit scaling increased from x0.04 to x0.06 (this affects the T3 upgrade too, increasing it from x0.07 to x0.09)

Grapple:
  • Cooldown reduced from 42s to 38s
  • T2 changed from +20m cast range and gain +6 Weapon Damage for 10s to +15% Firerate and +7 Weapon Damage for 7s
  • T3 changed from +20% Firerate to Weapon Bonus Buff to +20m cast range and restore 1 Stamina on cast

Death Slam:
  • Throw distance spirit scaling reduced from x0.3 to x0.25
  • T1 throw distance reduced from +8m to +5m
  • Slow reduced from 50% to 35%
  • Slow duration reduced from 4s to 3s
  • T3 now also reduces lock-on time by 0.2s
