Soapbox is a cultist preacher gifted power from an unknown supernatural entity, a short ranged tank/support
Every supernatural story needs a cult.
Buffs friendly gunners, disrupts enemy casters
Uses a shotgun revolver with a reload similar to Abrams.
Ab1 - Spear, Soapbox shoots a spear forward 10m, rooting any enemies struck rooting them(but still allowing them to fire/cast). Enemy heros are then dragged back 5 meters and freed after a very short delay. Upgrades: slows post drag, damage scaling, cooldown reduction.
Ab2 - Command, Sacrificing some health, Soapbox frenzies a nearby ally granting fire rate and a small boost to armor. Upgrades: increase to DR, cooldown reduction, and a 2 stamina restore. Can self cast for a greater health cost.
Ab3 - Chains, Soapbox tethers up to two enemies 10m in front of him dealing low damage and healing based on the number of enemies tethered while applying healing reduction and spirit dmg reduction. Upgrades: a movement slow, +2 to total chains, a short silence after the chain breaks.
Ab4 - Mayhem, Soapbox grants a large, degrading movement speed boost to all allies around him as well as a small bullet/spirit shield to all those affected. Upgrades: Large self boost to fire rate, removes speed penalty from firing during the buff, boosts ally ability cooldowns(non ultimate) by 33%, cooldown boost is removed after use of ability.
