Sinclair ult bug

reported by other players. when Sinclair copies certain ults, such as kelvin's dome, and you try to cancel the ult early, the game softlocks you out of using your ultimate. nothing fixes this to my knowledge. i tried unsticking, dying, disconnecting and even using refresher but nothing seemed to have fixed it.

I also double-checked this in test mode, but the bug still persists

I confirm that once you use the Kelvin ultimate with Sinclair, you won't be able to use your ultimate again for the rest of the game (happens in game every time if you make the mistake to take kelvin ult).
