It’s related to Sinclair/Lightning Strike. Ultimates with range don’t work properly because after casting, it shows that you’re not using your ult anymore. Try Lash, Paige, Wraith, Paradox, or Graves—there might be more champions affected. Sorry for my bad English. Hope this helps.
