After stealing kelvin ult and canceling it, it perpetually thought the frozen shelter was up and the only option was to cancel it. I could not use ults for the entirety of the game and I could not even put ability points into my ult, I disconnected/reconnected twice and I even use the "unstick hero" function to no avail.
