Silver using human gun and abilities while in werewolf form

If you reset Silver while she's in werewolf form at the sandbox, she get's stuck into the werewolf model with her human kit and is unnable to ult again. This bug has been here since her first day and I've seen other people report it without a video exemple, so here's one:
