Significant FPS drops for games

For some reason experiencing significant FPS reduction for an entire match.

I have pretty high end specs with a

• Radeon 9070xt graphics card
• Ryzen 7 7800 XD processer with
• 32 GB of ram

however as of last night ive started joining games with sub 30FPS. Its pretty shocking and makes it borderline unplayable consider how much more difficult it makes tracking an enemy in the chaos of a fight. It hasn't been every game but 3 of the past 5 i've experienced this issue.

Rejoining or restarting my computer hasn't fixed it and its likely to force me to put the game down until the next patch and hope it gets sorted.
